You can relax in our Master bedroom soaking tub after a long day of activities. Welcome to our spacious 7-bedroom cabin in Mount Pocono, designed to provide the ultimate blend of comfort and adventure. Our property is perfect for groups and families, offering ample space and modern amenities for up to 14 guests. Bedroom Details: We have total 7 bedrooms. Bedrooms six and seven are connecting rooms, accessible through a locked adjoining door that can be opened for your convenience. Both the bedroom six and seven have private outdoor entrances via glass sliding doors, ensuring enhanced privacy for all. Bedroom six has two queen beds and Bedroom seven has one queen bed. Living Areas: The main living area features modern furnishings, a propane fireplace, and a full kitchen and dining space, seamlessly connected to an outdoor deck through a sliding door. Relax in front of the 75-inch TV, with complimentary Netflix access available for your enjoyment. For added entertainment, the lower level offers a separate living area complete with a Billiard table, another 75-inch TV, and additional Netflix access. A variety of board and card games are available for all ages, and a PS4 attached to a 55-inch TV provides endless fun for kids and adults alike. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and everything you need for everyday use. It features a stainless steel automatic trash can with an odor-absorbing filter, lid lock, and sensor to enhance convenience and cleanliness. Outdoor Amenities: Step outside and enjoy our 35 ft. by 35 ft. concrete patio, which includes a brand-new hot tub/Jacuzzi that accommodates up to 7 adults (with a relaxing lounge chair). Guest access Our community offers exclusive access to a private lake, located just a 2-minute drive, 7-minute walk, or 3-minute bike ride from the cabin. The lake is beautifully maintained, providing a perfect setting for swimming and relaxation on the white sand beach. Please note, as per our community's rules and regulations, all owners and visitors are required to wear a Greenwood Acres wristband when utilizing the amenities, including the beach, lake, and playgrounds. For families with young children, there is a children's play area with swings, conveniently located just 2 minutes from the house. Enjoy the serenity and recreational opportunities our community has to offer! Other things to note We are flexible with our check in and check out times unless we have guests arriving or leaving in the same day. In such situation the check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. We have plenty of space to fit up to 8 cars. The backyard string lights are permitted until 10:30 PM to comply with our HOA rules. Wawa, Dunkin’ Donuts, Supermarket, Liquor store, Asian restaurants, Chat and Chew diner, CVS and many more stores and dine areas are just two minutes away from the house. Tesla Supercharger is 5 Minutes drive from the property. Lake Sinca is a huge gorgeous lake which is less than a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive away from our home. This location combines the best of both worlds as you can enjoy a winter getaway, enjoying thrilling snow activities or a summer retreat by taking a quick dip by the lake.
