Here is a lot to do outdoors, and a large flat lawn that is well suited for various ball games. The concrete slab and the road above the house are also great for playing on wheels and with a ball. We have bicycles, kick bikes, roller skates, skateboards, boards, goals, balls, badminton, toy tractors, darts, carving and other garden toys for free use. Gas grill on the terrace and wood-fired pizza oven on the deck. Charging for electric car included. Four kayaks at your disposal in the boathouse (2 for children).
