This amazing 4 bedroom coastal house provides a stylish setting for hosting a family get together near the beach! Being a modern town house over 4 floors, it is extremely versatile and has a wonderful kitchen dining room, with bi-fold doors that open up onto the patio, which has lounge and dining seating and leads to a raised garden. The two master bedrooms have en-suites and balconies with lovely views towards the harbour. With two further bedrooms, this house can comfortably sleep 10 guests. The space This modern coastal town house is located in an idyllic location, which offers a haven of peace and tranquility after a day’s exploring! This house is arranged over 4 floors with the lower two floors being the main living space and the upper two floors offering the bedroom space. Upon entering the property there is an amazingly light and airy reception hallway and lounge area with full height windows that overlook the tree lined garden. The lounge has two sofas, including a sofabed, and a large TV for the family movie night! From this level, there are stairs leading down to a stunning living area, which includes a very modern kitchen combined with a spacious dining area that has bi-fold doors that open up onto the patio and garden. The dining table can seat 8-10, and the bar area can seat another 2-3 guests. There is also a sofa and TV in this wonderful living space. The patio is home to a large outdoor dining table (with seating for 8 guests), as well as comfy lounge sofas. There is a BBQ and a raised garden area, which is completely secure and tree lined. The patio offers space for a hot tub, if required! With the bi-fold doors fully open, this living area will undoubtedly become the focal point of the house, as it wonderfully combines the indoors with the outdoors. There is also a utility room and cloakroom with WC on the raised ground floor level, accessible from the reception hallway. From here there are stairs that lead up to the 4 bedrooms on the first and second floors. The master bedroom suite is on the top floor and very spacious with an en-suite bathroom with separate shower enclosure. The main feature of this lovely room is a wonderful south facing balcony that looks out across the trees in the direction of Poole Harbour and offers quiet space for sunbathing or reading. The master bedroom offers a super kingsize bed and because it is spacious, it also offers the option to add a further children’s bed if required. On the top floor there is also the fourth bedroom, which is the smaller of the four bedrooms and has been allocated as a children’s room with a bunk bed and a further pull out trundle bed, so can comfortably sleep 3 youngsters. On the first floor, there is a second bedroom suite, which also has an en-suite shower room, as well as it’s own balcony, which also benefits from a south facing view across the tree tops. The second bedroom is appointed with a kingsize bed and table and chairs on the balcony. On this floor there is also the third bedroom with a double bed which includes a feature bookshelf with many books to choose from! There is also a modern family bathroom on this floor. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor toys and games to keep children (and adults!) of all ages entertained. The house, despite being one of four townhouses in The Chines, has the feeling of being very private and secluded. There are electric security gates that ensure that the two allocated parking spaces are always available for guests to use. This house can very comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 4 children and has the option to accommodate a further 2 adults on a sofabed, if required. Other things to note Guests may be able to benefit from the use of either a hot tub on the patio or a beach hut at a number of our local beaches, including Sandbanks, Flaghead Chine and Branksome Chine – These provide a wonderful facility for families looking to enjoy the beach without the hassle of having to transport all of your beach items back and forth each day!
