Other things to note - We are a pet-friendly villa. - We ask that all pets be leashed in the common areas and picked up after they use the bathroom. - No pets or animals in the pool area. ++ These are HOA rules, and they can give a fine if not complied with. ++ The infrastructure on the island is very weak. Unfortunately, there may be an outage that is beyond our control. At Casa Arrecife we provide a 150-gallon water tank and a power generator with a full tank of gas. ++ No compensation will be given for any outage of electricity, gas, water, or internet service Spanish: ++ We have a gasoline generator available for when the power goes out. This generator consists of 7 gallons of gasoline which should be full at all times for emergency use that can last up to 8 hours on. ++ We have a 150-gallon water tank available for those days when the municipal water is out. The 150 gallons is for quick use so it can last longer and not much water is wasted. ++ There will be no refund if the electricity goes out, the water runs out or the gas runs out.
