The Marsac Manor in Park City

Like they say, location location location !!! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Literally just minutes to Old town Park city where are you are able to go shopping, experience all the great dining go visit the historic Egyptian theater and much more. The space As you enter my home the living room will be to the left as will also be the front deck or porch. Up a half set of stairs and you enter into the dining room which overlooks the living room, and then the kitchen area and the second outside patio area off the kitchen which is great for barbecues and or an afternoon drink or two. This is also where the half bath is. From there you take a few more steps up to the master bedroom which is all on suite and has a TV, and then a few more steps and you’ll find the second bedroom which is the bunkhouse, this has one queen and three singles, a whole family can fit in there. The third bedroom has a queen bed. This area shares the second bathroom, there’s also the laundry area and also the private covered hot tub. Guest access There are two parking spots in front of the garage, the owner reserved a garage but there is ample parking across the street for friends in a public parking area
