Located on a quiet, mature tree-lined street in the heart of downtown Toronto is a unique 3 bedroom private apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floor of our home. The place has a great history and was originally a hotel in late 1800s. At 1300 sqft, plus a private patio in the trees, this space caters to travellers that are looking for lots of space to chill while being steps away from all the downtown core has to offer. The space This two storey, light filled apartment is a gem with skylights, lots of windows, and space to unwind in the heart of downtown Toronto. We have a sort of Bohemian vibe with an emphasis on comfort and natural elements. Sprinkled with plants, antiques and unique artwork we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Guest access Parking for one car on the property is available, plus paid street parking is always available if you have an extra car. There’s also a bike shed incase you need it. Other things to note Because we are 28 days or more, if your booking leaves more than a week in between another booking, we will decline. We try to keep the bookings back to back, so we might ask you to move your dates to make your booking work by either coming sooner or late to make sure we’re leaving 28 days available between bookings so we can fill it. The house has 3 units in total and we live and work on the main floor, so quiet guests are most welcome and definitely no parties. When we are not there you and the guests living in the apartment across the hall from you will be in charge of taking garbage/recycling/green bins out weekly, the schedule for this is in a calendar hanging up in the hallway. Same goes with shovelling snow off the small covered porch, 4 steps and 8 foot walkway. Once a month we will need in the apartment to water all the plants- Will give 24 hour notice of course :)
