There is a nice boat ramp and room to park your boat trailer. Two stand-up paddle boards, life jackets, corn hole, ping-pong, pool table, and board games. Giant Connect Four game. This is our happy place, it's a quiet, dead-end road, with mostly retired neighbors. This is a perfect place for a relaxing family vacation, a fishing trip, or a quiet getaway. If you're looking for a place for a party, reunion or large get-together, this isn't the place for you. We expect our guests to respect our home and our neighbors. If at anytime we feel like this is not happening, your stay will be terminated. We do not allow pets at this property. No smoking. Please do not park in the grass due to irrigation system. We will send a standard rental agreement via the messaging system after inquiry. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, except for a couple of owner's cabinets and the hall closet. There is a large garage that you can use for storing coolers, and lake toys you might bring, etc. but the ping pong table takes up one bay, and cornhole and paddleboard are in another bay, so there isn't room to park your car. Other things to note Sunken living room requires one step down from foyer, dining area and kitchen. The step is illuminated in the dark, but be mindful of the potential for tripping. If you have a toddler, or elderly guests, it might not be suitable. There are 3 steps to the front door, with no railing. As this is a neighborhood with full-time residents, you may encounter their pets. Fireplace is not usable.
