Come relax and take in the scenic views from this quaint and cozy lake view home in beautiful Fairfield Bay! The space This is a cozy (1050 sq feet) 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with an open floor plan & a hot tub. The home is located very close to the Fairfield Bay Marina(2-3 minute drive) and about a 5-10 minute drive to local grocery stores and restaurants! The house has one larger bedroom with a private bathroom as well as a second, smaller bedroom and bathroom. Please note: This is my personal lake home that I love to enjoy when I am able to make it up to the lake. After a little bit of work and some updates, I am excited to share it with others! The house is ideal for 1-4 adults looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway to the area! Also, please note this house is lake view, but not lake front. You can’t access the lake from the house without driving to the marina. The marina is is about a 2 minute drive from the house. Guest access Self check-in using the smart lock. Other things to note Please refrain from loud music indoors or outdoors, as neighbors surround the house. The steep driveway is best suited for trucks and SUVs. Cars cannot be driven down it. Drive slowly and cautiously when entering the driveway or parking space. Limit vehicles to two and park them in the driveway. This quiet street has close neighbors on all sides. Please be mindful of them. Drive slowly up and down the hill - limited viewing distance. No unauthorized guests are allowed without prior authorization. Only flush toilet paper; no “flushable” wipes. If flushable wipes are used and a plumber must be called, a fee will be added to your reservation.
