Get away to our little cottage in peaceful Moresby, a 15 minute drive from the centre of Geraldton on the coral coast. Watch vibrant sunsets paint the sky behind swaying trees - and sunrises if you’re game! - followed by starlit evenings and the dawn chorus over the Moresby ranges. Local government approved and compliant The space A comfortable chalet style home, with everything you need. A cosy queen bedroom, bathroom, lounge, full kitchen and outdoor laundry. Your own private yard with verandah and garden. Plus space for the boat, trailer or caravan! A variety of books and games, treats and snacks are inside, and the birds are already singing ready for your arrival. Watch them nestled in the trees from your verandah, or any of the large windows. All of this in a semi-rural location, with an abundance of wildlife including friendly kangaroos, rabbits, and birds; a mere 15m drive from the Geraldton CBD. Please note - because of the location some utilities can be intermittent, like power, water and WIFI. This isn’t common but can occur. Guest access Please note this is a self checkin accommodation, with no reception or staffing. The location is not recommended for arriving after dark. There are no street lights and it can be difficult to navigate. Please let us know if you think you might arrive after sunset. Private driveway to your own contained and gated yard with garden, trees, carport, verandah and home; with all amenities as listed above. We (family of four plus two big dogs ) live on the property in a separate area, and are in and out of the place throughout the day. Often available to pop over for assistance or be contacted as needed. The rest is the property is private area for private use by our family. Other things to note Local government approved and compliant, please note this is a rural location and therefore amenities are sometimes inconsistent. Including but not limited to: television reception, WIFI connection, power connection, water connection.
