The guesthouse is located on the ground floor of a villa, in an estate with many fruitful trees. It offers wonderful, unlimited views of the mountain, the sea and the city. The villa is just 400 m away from the UNIVERCITY OF CRETE, 850 m from PAGNI hospital, 1.2 km from FORTH and is the permanent residence of the family. An ideal spot for those who want to work and live outside but close to the city. Starting point for excursions to the beaches, archaeological sites and sights of the island. The space You will be staying in a charming, open-plan guest house of 30 sq.m. used by the family to host relatives and friends. It can accommodate up to two people, providing direct access to the courtyard and garden of the villa. It offers a very good internet connection (50 Mbps), ideal for remote working together with a working desk. Smart TV, Netflix, air conditioning, washing machine (in a separate area), solar water heater, fan, iron & iron pad, hair dryer, double queen size bed with anatomic mattress, chest of drawers, closet and shower are at guests' disposal. There are also 2 two seater comfy sofas for relaxing. In the kitchenette you will find everything you need. It is equipped with oven, hobs, small fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and cooking tools. And last but not least, the luminous garden and courtyard where you can enjoy your breakfast or meal or.... just dream of looking at the starry sky or Heraklion gulf. Free parking is provided throughout your stay. Oh and expect to see our friendly family dog, Hera, wandering all around !
