Cosy countryside cottage
Cosy countryside cottage
Description
We are delighted to welcome you to our cosy cottage in the rural village of Crich. The cottage is located in what us locals call the 'town end' and the prime location to enjoy walks and everything that the village has to offer. Having been our home for many years, before moving on to start our family, we hope that you enjoy your stay in our little cottage as much as we did living here. The space We have the perfect little cottage for your break in the country. A perfectly formed one bedroom cottage, with solid oak ledge and brace doors, a modern bathroom (please note that the bathroom is downstairs) and kitchen with solid granite worktops and a cosy and comfortable living room and bedroom with exposed natural stone. The cottage is fully equipped with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. Guest access You are welcome to use and access the whole of our cottage. There is a small yard at the back of the cottage (please note that there is no grass), accessible through the back door, where you can enjoy the evening sun on a bench. Please note that parking is on road parking only and there is no off street parking. Some sat navs may take you down onto a private drive, however this is incorrect and cannot be parked on. There is more information and guidance on parking in the cottage in the guidebook. Other things to note Please note that parking is on road parking only and there is no off street parking. Some sat navs may take you down onto a private drive, however this is incorrect and cannot be parked on. There is more information and guidance on parking in the cottage in the guidebook. Babies are welcome to stay. We have a travel cot and highchair for your use upon request or you can bring your own. Children are welcome to stay if travelling with an adult and they will count as one of the two guests. Please note that there is however, just one, king size bed. We do not have baby gates, so care will need to be taken on stairs and steps. Unfortunately our cottage is only accessible by steps and narrow doorways, there are also steps inside and so would not be suitable for wheelchair users. Please note the bathroom is downstairs. My parents live next door to the left with their little dog and my uncle and auntie live next door to the right. Please feel free to say hello and chat if you wish! 2 well behaved dogs are welcome to stay in our cottage. The cottage is cosy, so anymore than two big dogs may begin to feel a little crowded. Due to our property being damaged by a past guests dog, we kindly ask that you do not leave your dog/s alone for long periods of time, if at all, in the property, particularly if you are aware that they may become distressed. There is an enclosed yard at the back of the cottage for them to nip out to the toilet, but please note that there is no grass, we are of course though surrounded by fields for plenty of walks! Let us know on booking if your dog will be joining you and we can ensure that their stay is comfortable too. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any queries around any of the above or your pets staying with us.
