Beautiful Villa & Pool in Heart of Wine Country

Peaceful home designed with clean minimalist interiors to maximise comfort, space and light. Set in a beautiful tree filled garden with a 12m*5m swimming pool. It's the perfect place from which to explore the wine region of Vistalba. Great local amenities, out of this world wineries and still close enough to visit both the high andes and mendoza city. The space A beautiful light home with minimalist interior surrounded by incredible lush green spaces that wrap the property in peaceful private vibes. The stunning 12m*5m pool and Asado set up add an element of luxury and an essential flavour of the Argentine lifestyle. There are 3 bedrooms. A 1st floor king bed ensuite aircon room. A ground floor queen bed ebsuite aircon room and a double bed ensuite fan only room. The rooms are separated out to provide maximum privacy. They all have high quality beds, sheets and a mix of different types of pillows. Living space is a ground floor kitchen dining area which opens up through bifold doors onto the outdoor lounges, sun beds, pool and asado area. There is also a 1st floor t.v. or reading lounge. A mountain facing and a pool side terrace. The kitchen is well equipped. Ideal for indoor prep & outdoor asado style cooking. There is a 4 burner hob and oven but you just can't beat cooking over the coals by the pool. Guest access This will be your home during your stay. The pool is shared with me but I hardy ever use it when guests are in. My dogs can either have access to the garden, which most people love, or Not! Just talk to me and we'll make sure things are set up so you are too comfortable to want to leave. Other things to note Please be aware that the dogs, although not allowed in the house, can have access to the garden. Please respect them and make sure they do not escape! Do not feed them. Technically I share the swimming pool; please read guest access & interaction with guest sections for more info. The house uses solar for hot water. We ask guests to try and take shorter showers to conserve water. There is a hot water booster in cases of bad weather etc. The solar system works incredibly well. It's just a little slower on the refill than gas boilers.
