NO Exceptions. *  Low Monthly Rates available, subject weekly $75 Cleaning Fee.  Free high‑speed Wi‑Fi  Smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and one guest bedroom.  Beds feature quality mattresses and soft linens.  Full kitchen with microwave, modern appliances, and cookware for easy home‑cooked meals.  Bathrooms include essential toiletries and plenty of plush cotton towels  High chair and crib available on request, plus toys for kids  Two‑story townhome: all 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor  Master bedroom with king‑size bed and its own private bathroom  Two queen bedrooms share a hallway bathroom, plus an extra half bathroom downstairs for convenience  Provided are linens, bathroom towels, along with a start package of two rolls of paper towels of toilet tissue per bathroom, dryers sheets, dishwashing pods, and trash lines. If you will need to stay more than 3 days, you will need to purchase an extra.  Washer and Dryer. Guest access  The townhome is close to the amenities: Comunity pool. Available seasonally.  Keyless + Self Check-in Other things to note ✔ No pets allowed. ✔ No check‑in or check‑out on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day. ✔ Please do not move furniture. ✔ Please do not touch or move the wall art; the paintings are authentic and very special to us. ✔ This is a non‑smoking property. If smoking occurs inside, an additional cleaning and odor‑removal fee may be charged.
