Guest access -The apartment (bedroom, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, lavatory, etc.) are for the exclusive use of you and your co-guests. Other guests or hosts will not enter the apartment. -Hosts may enter the apartment only with prior approval or in case of emergencies (such as disasters or accidents). -The elevator, stairs, and hallways in the building are common areas and can be used by guests and residents. -Access to the rooftop is prohibited. Other things to note - Enough space for 2 people. If there are 3 guests, we will prepare an additional Japanese-style "FUTON" mattress on the floor. In that case, there will be little space left on the bedroom floor. - The bathtub may be small for some people. - Although it is a reinforced concrete apartment, you can hear the traffic noise as it faces the street. The noise level is around 30 decibels (when the air conditioner is on, the sound of the wind mostly masks it). This is considered a typical level for low-rise apartments in the central area of Osaka, but some guests may still find it bothersome. It tends to be relatively quiet at night, but occasionally ambulances and other emergency vehicles may pass by. For those who are sensitive to noise, we provide earplugs in each room. - You won't hear noise from other guests. However, you may hear water pipe sounds from the bathroom when the upstairs neighbor uses water. If there is noise from the upstairs or adjacent floors, please let us know. - No smoking in the building. - Please keep quiet at night and in common areas. - Please do not eat, drink, or talk on the balcony. - Please save energy. - When checking out, please put the equipment back where it was, wash the dishes, and clean the rooms.
