Spare room with private bathroom in West End

Situated in the heart of the West End on a quiet street, just a minutes walk from Kelvingrove Park and the vibrant Finnieston area, my spacious flat with spare double bedroom is a perfect location for any stay, business or leisure. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance of my front door and the city centre is a short bus, train, taxi or walk away. Additionally the flat is only a 10 minute walk from the Hydro and SECC for events and conferences. The space My flat is a spacious and comfortable 2 double bedroom apartment. The flat is very well lit by natural light throughout the day making it a very pleasant place to relax in. The flat contains a spacious living room as well two bathrooms, meaning any guest(s) using the spare room will have exclusive use of the main, newly renovated, bathroom (bath and shower) offering increased personal privacy during any stay. All the amenities you could want in a modern flat are provided. The newly renovated modern kitchen offers all appliances you would need. At the back of the property there is a large lawn which during the summer is a perfect setting for a BBQ or a spot of sun bathing. Guest access Guest(s) will have access to one of the double bedrooms, exclusive use of the main bathroom (bath & shower), living room and kitchen. The kitchen has all the amenities including a dishwasher and washing machine. I want any perspective guest(s) to feel at 'home' so any/all facilities and food (e.g. milk, bread, condiments) will be free for you to use and consume as you please. A 47" LCD HD TV and DVD player are available in living room. The TV is connected to a Freesat HD box giving a list of channels very similar to Freeview services. A Sony CD player is also situated in the living room. Please feel free to browse/enjoy my music and DVD collection in the flat during your stay. Internet available throughout the flat through fibre optic wireless broadband or physical connection via the router. All towels will be clean and fresh upon arrival so feel free to use. Plenty of wardrobe space for all your clothes should you need it. The mattress on the guest bed was bought in November 2018 and is rated as firm. During your stay Myself or my friend Mark will meet any guest on the day or their arrival at the flat. We will give guests a tour of the flat and explain how everything works, e.g. TV and wireless internet code. An information pack will be available in the flat but I will be happy to answer any questions you may have throughout your stay. Please let me know what mode of transport you are using to get to Glasgow and I will advise on best way to get to the flat, all options are quite simple and affordable. Other things to note Our Check In Times are 2pm to 7pm, rarely will we not be able to check you in at a time of your choosing between these hours. However, if you require an earlier or later check in than 2pm to 7pm we will always try to accommodate any guests but an arrival time of your choosing cannot be guaranteed. As much advanced warning as possible of your estimated arrival/check in time is always appreciated and will greatly help arranging the most convenient time.
