Rockside Suite – Private suite on Niven Lake

Rockside Suite, conveniently backs onto Niven Lake Trail bringing you direct access to the lake and the city's main trail system. With a short 7 minute walk, you will be guided to downtown which hosts a number of local shopping boutiques, coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. If you choose to walk to Old Town you can venture onto Great Slave Lake for some fishing and sightseeing in the summer or take part in some winter activities such as cross country skiing or snowshoeing. The space The Space Rockside Suite is clean, private and furnished with you in mind to make your stay easy and comfortable. Rockside Suite is south facing with a private entrance and self-check-in. You will also have your own patio space to enjoy the backyard next to Niven Lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking utensils, tea kettle and a coffee maker. Coffee and tea is complimentary. If you feel the need to do some laundry, there is also a full size washer at your convenience. The living room has comfortable seating with a 55 inch flat screen TV with Netflix, over 10,000 channels to choose from and unlimited wifi. We have also provided you with a few books for your use. Just off the kitchen, we have an office workspace and a spacious closet for all your winter gear. Through the windows you will be able to see the Aurora Borealis if they are out. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub with a shower head. If you are on the taller side, the shower may be somewhat low, but fully functioning. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are also complementary. The spacious bedroom has a queen sized bed with quality bedding and pillows to ensure a good night's rest. If you are travelling with a baby, we can also provide you with a playpen and a few toys. We live in a quiet, safe and family friendly neighbourhood. To ensure guests with allergies stay allergen free, Rockside Suite does not allow smoking, vaping or pets in the suite or on the premises. Guest access Guests have access to our entire walkout basement suite. Other things to note We moved to Yellowknife just over 12 years ago and quickly fell for the outdoorsy charm.
