Studio in the heart of Normandy Switzerland

We welcome you to our independent, fully-equipped studio, located in a village in the heart of Normandy Switzerland. You will find all the comforts you need to have a pleasant stay. If you are fond of hiking, cycling, if you like peace and nature, you will find your happiness in the surroundings. 5 minutes from the Roche d'Oëtre site with its panoramic view, trails and cozy café-brasserie. Nearby: Lake Rabodanges, Clécy, Vélofrancette… The space The 24 m2 studio is located on the ground floor of our house and faces south-east. It is totally independent. Inside, you will find a 140 x 190 double bed, a kitchenette and dining area, storage, a smart TV (Netflix subscription available, access to classic channels on Molotov app) as well as a bathroom area with shower. As the house is new, the exteriors, all around, are being developed. You can still eat in the sun as a table and chairs are available on a small terrace dedicated to the studio. Guest access The house is located near the village of Ségrie, next to the recreation center. Don't go all the way down the small road! Studio entirely and exclusively for guest use. You will be independent for check-ins and check-outs since it is not connected to our house. You can enjoy a small terrace in front of the accommodation. The "garden" space is however shared with us (except vegetable garden and fruit trees) When possible, we can host you. Otherwise, a lockbox is available. Other things to note Pay attention to your gas/diesel fill, there is no gas station nearby. Athis Val de Rouvre 10 km, Flers 15 km, Falaise 20 km Delicatessen 300 m away. Other grocery stores are a 5-minute drive away in La Carneille or Pont d'Ouilly. Pizza food truck on Tuesday evenings and burger food truck on Thursday evenings in the village (except in winter). Studio close to the Vélofrancette connecting Ouistreham to La Rochelle In the studio, a welcome guide, hiking trails, bike/mountain bike trails are at your disposal.
