The house is located 5 km from one of Tenerife's largest and most beautiful beaches – Playa La Tejita (Montaña Roja) – and El Médano, a place known for its beautiful beaches and numerous water sports (such as kitesurfing and windsurfing). The space ✔ The house is located in Los Cardones (San Isidro), a quiet area of ​​terraced houses with public street parking. The rooms are welcoming, where you will feel truly comfortable, and the private bathroom adds to your comfort. The house has a small front patio, which is a shared area and the only designated smoking area. ✔ The pets are not allowed, it's a quiet zone, so the party as well. ✔ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room (smoke detectors are installed) and the fine for non-compliance is 200 EUROS with possible eviction. Guest access ✔ Bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel are provided. ✔ A mobile phone/tablet charger is also available upon request. ✔ Beach towels and a sun umbrella are available. ✔ Free, unlimited Wi-Fi, so you can stay in touch with loved ones or manage your business or activity remotely. ✔ The bathroom is private and accessible from the room. ✔ The kitchen is for basic use and is not suitable for preparing complex dishes, frying or baking, but for basic use: storing food in the refrigerator, heating pre-cooked meals from the supermarket, preparing tea or coffee, sandwiches or toast. ✔ The kitchen is equipped with an osmosis water filter, eliminating the need to buy bottled water, reducing plastic and protecting the environment.
