Great apartment in Madrid Center- CHUECA

This cozy and bright 50m2 apartment is located in the Chueca neighborhood in Madrid. Just a few steps from Gran Vía, it is the ideal place to get to know the city as a couple or with a friend. From here you will have everything close!: Plaza Mayor about 10' away on foot, Sol only 8' away and the Royal Palace less than 20' away. The center of Madrid is at hand without having to take the Metro. The space In a building with an elevator, the house is located on the 4th floor. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: * A lounge area with two sofas, television and a dining table with capacity for 4 people * The kitchen, open to the living room but separated by a glass and wood wall. * The bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200 placed together on the same bed base (keep in mind that you cannot separate them) * A full bathroom with bathtub with screen and window The apartment is in a privileged place. A few steps from Gran Vía Street, in the heart of the city, you will have all the emblematic places at hand. In other words, you can visit most of the corners of the city without having to take public transport. This will allow you to lose yourself in its streets, discover places that do not appear in the guides and soak up the lively atmosphere of the Chueca neighborhood and the center of Madrid. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property is equipped with air conditioning and heating by means of 2 air conditioner units with heat pump in the licing room and the bedroom. You will also find a portable electric radiator at your disposal. Hot water is provided by a gas heater. Restricted area by car: If you arrive by car, please take into account the new regulations in force, which requires you to park your vehicle in a parking lot unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car.
