We are located in the secluded Rio Vista community , with our own private residents park with bbqs, pavilions, swimming area and kayak/boat launch on the Rainbow River, just a short walking distance away. We can provide keyed vehicle access to the park. Walking gate access to the park is always available to residents. The river is the highlight of this small town, named one of the ten cleanest rivers in the country. What a great way to get out of the snow, but still have a bit of the seasons without breaking the bank! The neighborhood is a short distance from: Winn Dixie is 2 miles, Publix and Walmart are 3 miles and 2 waterfront restaurants just 5 miles away. We can share lots of other great ideas for day trips to Homossassa, Hunter Springs and some other favorite spots. **Small boats welcome upon discussion with owner ** We own lot next door also.
