A cozy cottage in the arms of Roslagen

A residence in the northern part of the Stockholm archipelago, less than two nautical miles from where Taube wrote "In the arms of Roslagen." Charming, cozy, close to forest and meadow. Approximately 5 minutes walk to sandy beach with jetty, without crossing anything other than gravel roads. Child-friendly and quiet and nice walking paths around. Close to Spillersboda, where you can buy ice cream, Kapellskär where you can take the ferry to Åland and about 10 minutes to Norrtälje. The space Two lovely and adjacent cottages that are designed in a simple and charming way. The environment and nature are lovely and in the summers, the days are characterized by swimming. Other things to note The home is relatively simple, without worse luxury touches, but has what it takes for a relaxed accommodation. Fresh outdoor toilet and indoor shower. The cottages are located on our property, which has two more cottages, one of which is larger where we normally live. The cottage is a bit secluded but on the property and you will need to pass our house when you go to the car or on a walk. Hope that doesn't bother you. Either you bring your own sheets/towels or you can rent. The cost is SEK 200 per set/visit. Guests should clean up after themselves. It should be vacuumed and the floors should be washed (without too much water). If furniture or carpets have been moved, they should be returned to their original position, as well as bedspreads. The dishes should be washed, dried and put back. Garbage should be emptied and personal belongings should be taken home. The bag in the bucket in the toilet should be taken out and tied. Put it next to the dresser. It is then buried and decomposes in nature. If the above cleaning is not followed, the guest will be charged SEK 1500. The next guest should be greeted by a fresh and clean place.
