Quiet double near Leeds centre, in Headingley

Friendly dog lives here! Convenient for Leeds city centre (15min bus) and universities, Headingley Stadium, Meanwood, Burley and Kirkstall areas. Quiet end of street (cul de sac), semi-detached house, with one professional owner-resident. Shared kitchen, shower/bath, wifi. Your bedroom is quite a spacious double. There is a separate small wc room with sink as well as a bathroom with shower over bath and wc. Both of them, the kitchen, and any other rooms you use, are shared with me. The space This is basic, classic airbnb: not a purpose-made rental space, but a room in my house that I live in and sometimes work in, a house which has lots of coming and going with dog walks etc. and as a result isn't fancily/newly decorated, or spotlessly free from clutter, dog beds and toys etc. Your bedroom is often rented out long-term to lodgers when not used for airbnb, so is kept nicely, but still furnished in a basic style, hence the cheapness compared to many in this area and in a nice quiet and convenient location. The shared spaces will be in use by me as well during your stay, as well as by the dog (downstairs rooms only). Guest access Use of the bedroom, plus shared (with me and my dog) use of kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, WC room. Please let me know when booking if you are likely to want to use living room and dining room, or just kitchen and bedroom and bathrooms!
