Carriage House - Sweetwater Branch Inn

The Carriage House is a beautiful, fully furnished apartment with a standing balcony overlooking the koi pond. The Carriage House has our most spacious private kitchen, a full-size living room, and a dining nook with table and chairs. Guests enjoy a large private bathroom with shower and jaccuzzi tub and walk-in closet. This wonderful suite sleeps up to five and features a king-size bed, a twin bed (in the same room), and a queen-size memory foam sofa sleeper in a separate living room. The Carriage House is located on the second floor above the office, has central A/C with a private thermostat, Wi-Fi, one reserved parking space, and is pet-friendly. Comprised of two historical Victorian houses, a courtyard, well-maintained gardens, and a salt water pool with Jacuzzi, the space truly feels like an oasis. You can also access the courtyard areas, McKenzie Gardens, small putting green, and our salt water pool with hot tub.
