To that effect, we provide - AC, TV - Inverter, generator - Library, bar, music system - Indoor games, pool table - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking space for up to 10 cars This is a wheelchair-friendly, and pet-friendly property. The Space: Let us walk you through the space. BEDROOMS - There are 6 bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor. - AC and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - 4 rooms have queen-sized beds, 2 rooms have king-sized beds. - 1 room has a balcony. BATHROOMS - There are 7 bathrooms in the villa - 6 attached, 1 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room on the ground floor seats up to 10 people and has a TV and music system.  - The living room on the first floor seats up to 8 people and has a music system. It has an attached balcony. - The dining room offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people. - The 2 acre lawn has a gazebo. Another lawn allows for organic farming. - There is a verandah. - The pool is 26x45 ft. in size and 5.5 ft. in depth. It can be used from 8 AM to 8 PM. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an electric kettle, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a water purifier, a toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. Guest access - The guests have access to the entire villa. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to books, games and swimming pool. Other things to note FOOD - All meals inclusive of breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs.1850 per adult and Rs.1450 per child. - Guests can also choose the option that includes breakfast, lunch, and a barbecue meal that can be made available at an extra cost of Rs.1950 per adult and Rs. 1500 per child - Please note that guests can only choose one of the above two options for the whole group per day. - Outside food is not allowed. - Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide driver accommodation at an additional charge of Rs.1500 per person, per day, excluding meals. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like pool table and board games. They can also step out for a game of cricket or football on the lawn. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - In case of a power outage, the generator and inverter can support all appliances for up to 7 hours each. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - A dog stays at the property. -  We are unable to offer WiFi here. - All Networks work fairly well here. - Smoking is allowed only outdoors. -No external vendors are allowed for Events Decor & Catering. - Hookah is strictly prohibited - Outside vendors for services like decor, DJ, catering, singing, bartending, and spa are strictly not allowed. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Barbecue kit is available at Rs. 500 per hour. Raw materials on actuals. Barbecue dishes prepared by the chef will be chargeable. - The washing machine can be used at Rs. 200 per use. - Bonfire is available at Rs. 1500 per hour. - A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000 (cash) as pet charges will be levied. - In case of visitors, there's a mandatory charge of Rs. 1000 plus taxes, per person, per day, for up to 4 hours.
