Driveway Gate Access is for Entry of Cars ONLY. THE GATE IS 30' FEET LONG AND IS LOUD WHEN OPENING AND CLOSING. IT YOUR VEHICLE IS LARGER THAN THE SPACE WE HAVE AVAILABLE, you may need additional parking space) or YOU LOST THE REMOTE CONTROL or misplaced you will need to obtain an overnight parking permit to park on the street (Between 2am-6am). The fee for overnight parking is $4.00 per night .
