The space The Oak Meadows Guest House sits just 6 minutes from downtown Mariposa and about 45 minutes from Yosemite’s Arch Rock Entrance. In Mariposa you’ll find restaurants, tasting rooms, and local shops yet feel miles away from it all once you return home to this end of the road property. The 720 sq. ft. guest house was specifically designed for couples who love Yosemite in mind. It shares a large parcel with the main Oak Meadows House, and at the same time offers complete privacy, with separate parking, and a dedicated outdoor space with relaxing hot tub, barbecue and dining area. You’ll find the open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, with large windows and lots of natural light delightful. The fully equipped kitchen has countertop seating, quality appliances, sharp knives, and invites chefs to play and create fun meals. The quiet outside dining area with gas barbecue provides additional cooking options. The Starlink connection provides high speed internet both for your personal use and the 65” smart tv. The minimalistic interior aesthetic allows the surrounding nature to shine. Clean lines, calming tones and thoughtful details makes the space both peaceful and inviting. Step outside to your private stonework patio surrounded by plenty of space and mature oak trees. The new spa area is the highlight - enjoy total privacy, gentle night lighting, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Quiet morning coffee, private al fresco dining, or evening spa relaxation, this space makes your stay unforgettable. Guest access We are happy to welcome you at the Oak Meadows Retreats and surrounding property. The main Oak Meadows House is a short distance away and may also be occupied during your stay. There are no restrictions about where you are may wander and explore, but please respect your fellow guests and the neighbors and their properties. Other things to note Please shower before enjoying the hot tub. The pack n play, iron, ironing board, and spa robes are in the bedroom closet. There are two remote controllers for the Heating/air conditioning system. They must both be in either Heating Mode or both be in Cooling Mode, for the system to function properly. There is a day pack in the entry closet available for you to use during your stay. (Please return it after your day trip for future guests to use)
