1 Bed Cosy & Compact Home in East Belfast

A cosy guest bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, cosy bedding in a quiet and centrally located house. It is confidently located to Belfast City Airport, Titanic Hotel and Museum and public transport (metro bus) is within 5 minutes walk from the front door. This space is compact and oversized luggage will not fit. Arthur (born April 2023) a miniature dachshund, also lives in the property with me. He is super friendly and very lovable. The space The guest room is on the 1st floor of the house and at the rear of the property. The room has a mirror, hairdryer and storage drawers that guest can use. You will also find some information guides available to help you navigate the local area. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are located on the ground floor. This is usual for a property of this age within Belfast. The kitchen should only be used for light meals, breakfast and preparation. Most guests tend to not use the kitchen due to their short visits and tourist schedule. The bathroom is at the rear of the property accessible via the kitchen. I can provide a bathrobe if necessary but can vacate the living room or kitchen so that you walk from the kitchen to bedroom in privacy. I recently adopted a miniature dachshund named Arthur, he is a very loveable and gently boy. He was born in April 2023. He will wants to say hello to all guest. He normally has access to the living room, kitchen and sleeps with me in my room. He is not reactive and rarely barks. Guest access Guests can use the rooms when I am not using them. It is best to ask in case I have plans to use them. During your stay I live in the property full time and also work from home on a varied schedule. Guests are kindly asked to ensure noise is kept to a minimum during working hours. I am on hand to answer any questions about transport, tourist locations, or other recommendations about things to do in the local area. Happy to help and advise where I can.
