The William House is the perfect location for a relaxing, peaceful family getaway. The chalet is located directly across the road from one of the communities three outdoor pools, a tennis court and a playground. Close to all area attractions: hiking, wineries, skiing, ATV trails, Indoor waterpark and much more. The property boasts a large deck with Weber BBQ, table seating, and propane fire pit. The yard has separate firepit (wood supplied), hammock , corn hole, bocce and KanJam Our home has central air-conditioning, perfect to escape the scorching summer heat and when winter comes around you can enjoy the heat and ambience of the gas fireplace in the living room. We have a King room (upstairs), Queen room (half bath located in this room) and Bunk beds (ground floor) room all fitted with Amazon Fire Smart TV's with Alexa voice remote. Our games room has Jumbo Jenga, life size Connect Four, Foosball table, board games, smart TV and sofa. Great dedicated workspace with monitor to connect laptop. All appliances were replaced in July of 2022 and you have access to a full sized washer and dryer. Arrowhead Lake Community has 4 beaches, a fitness center and a lodge that regularly hosts family orientated events. ****This is a gated community that requires additional registration fees paid through the Arrowhead Lake website. If you plan on using the pool or going in the lake, you must have an Arrowhead Lake wristband on. There are 4-5 parking spots on the property itself and parking lots at the beaches and pools. Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community with many amenities you can utilize during your stay including beach areas, boat rental shack, pools, and lodge with game room and gym. The association charges a separate renting fee. Temporary membership fees are mandatory and is assessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and over. Below fees are valid as of January 2024: $6 per person per day for each person 6 and over. Gate card: $20 per vehicle. Transaction Fee: $35 When checking out the trash must be taken to the trash center (behind the main check-in building) or there will be an extra $10 fee for trash removal.
