Private Basement Apartment with separate and private entrance in a safe residential Long Island neighborhood. This space is brand new to Airbnb! The studio is right off of the southern state parkway and seconds away from Sunrise Highway Rt 27. Great location for Bethpage golfers and bikers and for Jones beach! We are on the LIRR Babylon line which is an easy 60 minute trip to NYC. 15min away from Adventureland, 45 min away from Splish Splash Water Park. Lot's of restaurants and bars nearby! The space For our guest’s health and peace of mind, we are taking extra precautions to disinfect and sterilize the apartment between each reservation. You will have a private entrance, on site parking for 1 car, and you will have the whole studio to yourself! The studio is spacious and filled with light. This studio has a bedroom area, closet area, living room area, full bathroom and kitchenette area (No Stove or Sink). You also have access to the back yard and patio furniture. Fun facts: - Private entrance so you can come & go as you please. -Private parking in driveway for 1 car. - Keyless entry. Never worry about losing a key. - 36" TV with Verizon cable service including Netflix available for your use with your own account. - Strong WiFi, password provided upon checkin right in front of the TV. - Desk with charging station for electronics. - Full sized fridge, Toaster and Microwave, however there is no stove or sink - Board games available to keep you entertained - AC in unit to keep you cool as needed IMPORTANT - Owners and neighbors are quiet and absolute pleasures. -The person who made the reservation must be present on site. If you would like to smoke you must be in the back yard. Any smoking inside the house or in the front yard or driveway will incur a smoking fee of $250. Guest access If you have a vehicle, there is 1 parking space for you on the right side of the driveway. Guests are permitted in the back yard and are allowed to sit on patio furniture. Please keep the area neat as this is a shared space with the owner. Guests may use the washer and dryer. Other things to note It is the expectation that the guest creating the reservation will be one of the people staying in the unit. If not, it is advised that you see AirBnB's policy for third party booking, as we will decline any stay that falls outside this parameter. This is a non-smoking studio, and we suggest you read our house rules in regards to this, if smoking is a high priority for you, we recommend looking at other accommodations that better suit your needs. Should an emergency maintenance issue arise we reserve the right to enter rental.
