Quaint and cozy 1940’s home updated with modern amenities, while keeping it’s original charm. Situated between Salmon Cove Beach and Northern Bay Sands, and a 5 min walk to Broad Cove Beach. Family and pet friendly. His family owned the property until 1977, then it was bought by a local family, who used it as first home, with updates throughout the years, then an occasional vacation home, until it sat vacant for many years. We bought this house last year as a vacation home for our family for a quick get away from St John’s. We have tried to keep as much of the original house as we could. We love it, and we’re excited to share it with other families to enjoy the close by beaches. Guest access There is a side door with a Schlag key coded lock, which we will send to you. Other things to note Sand being tracked into the house by your family and pets will be the main issue- there is a hose with a spray for rinsing off on the back side of the house.
