Hinterland nature campsite+

Connect with nature at Hinterland! Bring your tent and camp among the amazing Oak trees, or come set up with a friend or a group and hike the trails, check out the beach or markets, and sleep under the stars. Space includes shared fire pit area (wood supplied), picnic tables with shelter and an outdoor camp shower for rinsing off. The shelter contains a table and counter with double sink with water jugs for washing up. The space This is a basic campsite in a beautiful forest clearing, so bring everything you need. We can supply well water for washing dishes. There is a power source to plug into approx. 100ft from tent area if needed. Bathroom is a clean and comfortable outhouse style compost toilet. 1 bundle firewood free, extras at $10. Guest access Access to front yard common area that includes a grassy lawn, rustic coffee hut/shelter, and paths around site and to the pond! Ask about tours of the garden, with fresh produce available for purchase seasonally and visit the chickens! Other things to note Hinterland is a quiet nature camp. We value connection with nature and caring for the land. Please limit waste by avoiding things like single use plastics. We can provide drinking water for your refillable cups. Out of respect for nature, other campers and neighbours, this is not a place for late night parties or noise/light/other pollution. The noise bylaws will be strictly adhered to, excess noise between 11pm-9am will lead to a visit from RCMP and removal from site.
