Our beautiful and peaceful neighborhood is a restored and remodeled space from the 1950s. Each unit is unique and private, located on the ground floor and maintaining its original 1950s layout with high ceilings and walls as the only dividers. The terrace is a lovely shared space. It’s a "local" area with the perfect location for those who enjoy walking to tourist spots like Plaza Machado, the Malecón, beaches, Olas Altas, bars, and restaurants—all within a 12-minute walk. Guest access Guests have access to shared areas such as the terrace, which features garden furniture, a grill, a jacuzzi, and access to the laundry area. Entry to the property is through a hallway that still preserves its original wrought iron gate. We do not offer private parking, but free street parking is available. Terrace (quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.) Jacuzzi (available by reservation for one hour between 12 p.m. and 9 p.m.) Complimentary laundry service for stays longer than 3 days (reservation required) If you enjoy walking or cycling in the morning, the Malecón is just a few blocks away, where you’ll find many people exercising. If you like to swim early, around 7 a.m., the area near the Fisherman’s Monument is ideal—many locals swim there at the beach. In the evening, both downtown and Old Mazatlán offer great options for dining, bars, and the must-see walk through the beautifully restored historic center. Please note: We do not offer 24/7 assistance or traditional hotel services. Late-night check-in is allowed; however, we may not be able to assist you if any questions arise at that time. Extra cleaning services are available for an additional fee. For guest safety, all communication is always handled through the Airbnb app.
