Las Rochas is a farm located in the forest, surrounded by pine trees and next to the river, it belongs to the municipality of Alcalá del Júcar about 10 km away. It is one of the most visited villages in Spain. It consists of two houses with 6 places each, a total of 12 places +5 extra. The house is ideal for nature lovers, groups and families. The space It is special to be able to stay in front of a forest and next to the river that passes through the same farm, a place where less is more, where seeing the starry sky, breathing fresh air or seeing the horse Matisse graze will make you appreciate and enjoy the simplicity. Services and common areas We offer to rent the space that we put at your disposal and which we ourselves have built. We want to share the place as well as the experience of living in a more sustainable, self-sufficient way and in contact with nature. This way of life that we have chosen would not be the same without all those people we have hosted and who, thanks to them, have allowed us everything and to be away from civilization to enjoy the company of wonderful people from around the world. Guest access A barbecue grill and swimming pool. Other things to note Other highlights From Alcalá del Júcar you have to get to the district of Tolosa, then continue on the semi-paved road for 3 km. Cross the bridge and on the right take the access road to the property from the road to the house, it is 750m of FOREST TRACK that reaches the parking lot 5 m from the house. Our house is located on the land next door and on a lower level since the land is mountainous which gives it enough privacy and independence.
