An Attached but separated apartment with private entry exists in the back upstairs of the home. Guest may share laundry facilities with other guest who rent this apartment. Or the apartment can be rented in addition to the house to accommodate more space. Like a motel, double adjoining doors can be opened to share the rest of the house when the house and apartment are rented together by the same guests
