This beautiful & cozy home is well equipped with wifi, a coffee bar, mini fridge & microwave downstairs. It is peaceful, highly clean & centrally-located to downtown, Yellowstone Bearworld, & stores. There is air management monitoring (CO, Radon & Smoke), Fire Extinguisher, iron, plenty of USB ports & AI Assistant. Washer & Dryer is no longer available. No kitchen. There is a 😺 (cat) on site, if you have allergies you may want to choose elsewhere. She owns the place. This rental is for for a room with coffee station, microwave, mini-fridge, free parking and wifi. It does NOT include use of the kitchen or rest of the home. This Airbnb has 2 bedrooms, however we are currently hosting only 1 rented out per reservation, so guests get to choose between which room they would look like to stay in, unless we have a guest checking out and haven't had time to clean a room yet, which in that case we will assign the room that is ready. 2 guests can stay in one room (example husband and wife) but in order to keep costs low we are not offering both rooms at the same time to 1 guest. Both bedrooms are cleaned and sanitized between reservations and have very comfortable beds. Let AI Assistant wake you up, remind you of appointments, or play music or answer questions. You'll love the coffee bar complete with fridge, microwave, Keurig, silverware, sugar, coffee and tea, plates and bowls. There is also hot and cold filtered water on tap which means you won't have to heat water in the microwave if preparing foods like Ramen noodles. Most guests choose to eat in the city or order food but the microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge and hot/cold water dispenser you can still eat well. There is Fast 5G wifi internet, a Bluetooth speaker to play music in the rooms or link to the Bluetooth shower head to jam to your favorite music. We offer an inexpensive alternative to hotels, regardless if you're here for a day or a month. Laundry room is available for guests staying 3 days or longer. No greasy articles are allowed to be washed. (Please bring laundry pods or we can sell you some for a small fee.) Did you forget body wash, toothbrush / toothpaste, razors, etc? No worries, we have you covered. Each room is complete with all the extras.. in case you forgot to bring something. Rooms are located in the basement. We also have a Radon system in the house and air purification that virtually eliminates all pollutants in the air and radon which is a major problem in Southern Idaho, and very few people or Airbnb's have a system in place. Do you wake up with headaches? Not here. You'll sleep in a comfortable bed and have great air quality and fast 5G internet. The bathroom is centrally located to your room and is complete with a bidet as well. There is now a 75" TV as well. A new retro gaming system is now here. Stay tuned for more improvements. Free parking in the driveway is also available. Please park on the right side of the driveway as to not block in the garage door. Guests have free access to FAST 5G wifi, coffee bar, microwave, iron, and AI Assistant. There is a 75" TV and you're welcome to stream movies on your own devices via wifi as well. This is a great crimefree and well maintained neighborhood that is off of Ammon Road which leads to Rexburg highway or into town so you won't be stuck in traffic when you're leaving. Door dash and many restaurants deliver as well. Whether you travel by foot, bike, car, truck or bus you'll have access to driveway parking. Please park your bike behind the gate if needed or use the parking spot to the right side of the driveway for your vehicle. Your vehicle will be monitored by video surveillance 24/7. We take your security and comfort seriously. If you'll be using a bus or taxi please contact them prior to check-in as some companies may not pickup and drop off at this location of Idaho Falls. I do provide rides at $3 per mile if needed. Did you forget your toothbrush, razor, shampoo/conditioner, body wash etc? No worries. We have you covered. I will message you the day prior to give you the door code and wifi password. Please open and shut doors quickly as to not let the cat out. The door self-locks when leaving, so there is no need to lock the door when you leave.
