Country quiet near Rogers proper. An easy walk to a cove on Beaver Lake to swim or fish (with an Arkansas fishing license). As your host we will be available if you need us. The living room has an electric fireplace and a smart TV with Direct TV, a Blu-Ray player and an antenna for local channels. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, electric range, microwave and a Keurig with some supplied K-cups, creamers and sweeteners. A full sized washer and dryer with supplies are also in the house for your use. The bedrooms have Queen size beds. There is a pack-n-play in the front bedroom closet. There is also a personal safe in the master bedroom for your use if you like. You have the entire place to yourselves. The door has a keypad so there is no need to meet anyone for entry unless you have problems. We also have a video doorbell that is connected to our phone which gives you another way to contact us. The best way to contact us is through Airbnb. We can also be contacted by text if problems arise during your stay. There is lots to do in this area for almost every personality. Within walking distance is Beaver Lake which has great opportunities for swimming, fishing and boating. Driving a short distance can take you to Crystal Bridges, the Scott Family Amazeum, the Daisy BB gun museum, the AMP Arkansas Music Pavilion, lots of shopping, restaurants and several movie theaters. Eureka Spring and Fayetteville/The University of Arkansas are both a short drive away. (Go Hogs !!) There are also 100s of miles of scenic drives, bike and walking trails from easy to hard and several golf courses. You will need a vehicle to get to the house and around the area.
