A warm welcome awaits you at Pottles Barn Surlingham! A gloriously peaceful part of rural Norfolk, a stone's throw from the River Yare, 20 minutes drive into historical and bustling Norwich City. The space Pottles Cottage @ Pottles Barn,Surlingham, is completely self contained. It has two comfortable bedrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen/ living room with a sofa and cuddle chair. Within this space there is a dining table and chairs. For your entertainment there is a 43” Smart TV. Off the living area there is a stylish bathroom with large walk in shower area. The bathroom can also be accessed via the bedroom. Guest access There is ample parking on the premises, a seating area and outside table and chairs for guests. Set in its own half acre of well kept grounds with views stretching across the fields to the river beyond. It is the perfect peaceful retreat. Other things to note Pottles Cottage has two bedrooms, one, downstairs , spacious with a king size bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers. The other is upstairs and has two small single beds which are ideal for children or young adults and possibly one adult but it’s not really suitable for two adults as the roof space height is limited.Also to note, this bedroom is directly off the staircase and there isn’t a door, but as it’s on its own, it is private, but might not be suitable for very young children however it does have a retractable stair gate at the top of the stairs. We also have a fold up bed which is suitable for an extra child and travel cot. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 12, please advise us when booking. We have free high speed Wi-Fi
