Welcome to our cozy little cabin with lake views & tree house vibes! You'll never want to leave this colorful and playful space with a wall of windows looking out to the tree tops. Our whimsical cabin is the perfect place to rest & relax, play board games, read a book or cook family recipes. You will also want to spend a lot of time outside enjoying the massive deck and watching boats out on the lake. Whether you are inside or outside our cozy little cabin is the perfect place to make memories! The space THE SPACE: The cozy little cabin offers one private bedroom with a comfy queen bed. The bedroom also offers a Roku TV. The colorful living space includes a 65" Smart TV, Ikea sofa that folds out to make a full sized bed and a cozy electric fireplace to create the perfect setting. The kitchen has plenty of space to prepare meals and cook your favorite recipes. There is also a Keurig machine for coffee. Note: at the cozy cabin we offer the full rustic experience with hand washing for dishes and laundry (i.e there is no dishwasher or washer and dryer). The dining table is perfect and large enough for board games and enjoying meals. There is also a breakfast bar to spread out even more. The full sized bathroom has a tub and shower combo. Outside there is an amazing covered deck with tree top views. The deck features four couches, a picnic table, large screen TV, party lights and a gas grill. This space is great for outdoor living. Additionally there is an attached 400 square foot open deck with beautiful views of lake Granbury where you can sit and watch the boats go by. This space also includes a wood firepit that is perfect for roasting marshmallows. ACTIVITIES: At the cozy little cabin there is lots to do... you can enjoy board games, books, puzzles, fishing poles, lawn games, nature walks and more. The community park is just two blocks away and offers a fishing pier, boat dock, pavilions, picnic tables, and grills. Enjoying views of nature and the lake from the decks are also great ways to pass the time. Naps and binge watching TV shows are popular as well. HOUSE RULES: The cozy little cabin is perfect for couples, small families or groups of 4 or less. Please be respectful of the quiet neighborhood and reduce outside noise after 10pm. The cabin rules are simple and are based off Robert Fulghum's best-selling book "All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten"... Put things back where you found them; Clean up your own mess; Don't take things that aren't yours; and Flush. We also added a few additional rules to Robert's... If you turn it on, turn it off; If you open it, close it; If you move it, put it back; If you break it, fix it (or replace it); If you use it, take care of it; If you don't know how to operate it, leave it alone; And last, but not least, Be Kind! Please treat our cabin like you would your own! We hope you enjoy your stay :) Other things to note Please note the Cozy Cabin is not lake front property. The cabin is located on a hilltop with beautiful lake views. You will have direct lake access at our community park just a short walk away and less than 2 blocks.
