Fresh and well-kept semi-detached house in a perfect and safe location in Limhamn. Here you can enjoy both the balcony and the south-facing garden! The house is about 15 minutes from the beach, Malmö Arena and the city! You'll have the whole house to yourselves. There is a 180 cm-wide bed as well as two children's beds and the possibility of a tent bed if desired. You can also make a bed on a comfortable sofa. Bus connections to Hyllie C center are about 5 minutes from the house. There is a Muurikka, charcoal grill, washer-dryer and drying cabinet. The space The house is perfectly located in cozy Limhamn. The bedrooms are fresh and cozy with blackout curtains in all three. The house was built in the 80s but with the help of furniture has a more modern feel. The garden and the social areas are the favorite places in the house.
