Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. The area is in close proximity to many tourist attractions and wineries. The cottage fronts a main road and guests may experience road noise from passing traffic.
