Make memories at our unique mountain home, constructed by the same builder as the original 7 Springs lodge. The house is meticulously maintained & it sits on 3 wooded acres. Located on a private street, it’s only 5 minutes from the entrance to 7 Springs. Enjoy the hot tub on our expansive decks, which overlook a private/stocked pond (catch / release). Great home for a weekend on the slopes or a large family vacation. Enjoy our fire pit, two large masters & 3 (three) 60" TV's w/ cable. The space There are 6 bedrooms upstairs, two of which are master bedrooms. The main master bedroom (#1) includes a bonus room w/ a queen bed (not counted in the 6 bedrooms), which is great for children you'd like to keep near or adults you'd like to cram into the house. Guest access Guests will have the full house to themselves. One garage bay (internal), the separate garage and some closets are locked off for owners usage only but everything else is accessible and usable by renters. The house has 8 sleep-able rooms but we only classify it as 6 bedrooms, as one of the sleeping rooms is inside of master bedroom #1 (no closet) and one is a living room couch. Other things to note This home is managed and turned over by: turnovi - Hosting and Turnover Professionals Professionally Managed Linens - Bedding (Including comforter, sheets, pillow cases) & towels are professionally laundered / sanitized before each guest arrives. Our Linen partner works with the major airlines and hotels in the area and have years of experience. We take pride in having fresh & clean linens for every guest! Bodywash, Shampoo, Conditioner - Ready for use in each shower. Hand Soap by every bathroom sink . A minimum of two rolls of toilet paper per toilet. The kitchen always comes with dish soap, cleaning supplies, hand soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags and paper towels. The laundry room is fully stocked and ready for use! Laundry soap included! The hot tub on the back patio has gone through our "refresh and reset" program before your stay. Water has been tested and treated. A fresh clean filter has been put in the hot tub filtration system before your arrival! We take great pride in the vacation homes we serve. Every home on the mountain is special / unique.
