Cozy tiny house in peaceful Fräntorp, Gothenburg

Rent our newly built, complete tiny house centrally located in the eastern center of Gothenburg. Here you live quietly and comfortably. The area is central and peaceful with lots of greenery. The house is fully equipped, well-designed, and attractive, and it's only a 10-minute bus or tram ride from the city center! Perfect if you are going to Liseberg, concert at Ullevi, Gothia Cup, or just simply touristy! Walk in the area, go to the nearest lake, have an ice cream at the ice cream café in Sävedalen. It's all at a convenient distance! The space In a quiet, leafy, and beautiful residential area in Fräntorp, we have built this small house on our property. Modern, stylish and functional have been the keywords when we decorated the house, which has many unique details. The house is 30 sqm with a sleeping loft. On the loft, there is a 160 cm bed. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed with a bed size of 140 cm. A total of 4 sleeping places. The bathroom is equipped with shower, towel dryer, toilet, sink and washer/dryer. Please note that the hot water is sufficient for two regular showers. If there are more of you taking showers, you will have to be quick or wait a while in between. The kitchen is fully equipped and has good work surfaces, as well as a large kitchen table. Refrigerator with freezer compartment. The tap water is of extremely high quality; you do not have to buy water. A/C in the room and floor heating in the bathroom. Wi-Fi, TV, speakers and a tablet with useful apps are available. Towels, linens, coffee, tea, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel and cleaning are included in the cleaning fee. There is good public transportation. Bus 513 takes you to the center of town in 10 minutes, and a short walk away you can also take tram 5 (perfect for Liseberg or Delsjön) and tram 1. Or Bus 17 to our nearest swimming lake, Härlanda Tjärn. There is plenty of parking nearby. Most of the time, you can also park with us outside the house. We have a charging box for electric cars. A small grocery store/convenience store is 100 meters away, and more larger grocery stores are within walking distance (about a 15-minute walk). This is the perfect vacation home for those who are visiting Gothenburg for various reasons! The family going to Liseberg or the Gothia Cup, the friends going to Way Out West, you who want to see the archipelago, you who are going to a concert at Ullevi. Guest access You have access to the whole tiny house and part of the garden. Before arrival, you will receive information on how to check in (the door has a keypad lock). You can check in any time you like after 3:00 PM. Let me know if you will arrive earlier, and I will let you know if the house is available earlier. Other things to note - Your own code to unlock the front door - Possibility to charge an electric car - Tap water in Sweden is extremely good! Don't buy water unnecessarily; fill up from the tap!
