This little delightful cabin is hidden away... you will feel like you’re staying at a 2 Bed Cabin in the woods …. with an occasional fox, deer and bear sightings! Enjoy an evening BBQ on the deck exploring the night sky. This is a small 900sft 1940’s cabin with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a small bathroom on the main floor. Only 3 homes tucked away down this long driveway. Feels rural but close to Grocery store, downtown and to confluence! The space This home has 2 bedrooms upstairs with a cal King in one room and a full size bed with a twin trundle that pulls out. The bathroom, Living-room, Kitchen, dining room, and laundry are all on the main level. Guest access This is a self-check-in property, and you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions you are being provided. To gain access to the property using the last 4 numbers of your phone number. The smart lock is on the front of the security screen. The interior door can be locked when you are inside the property. HOWEVER, DO NOT LOCK IT WHEN YOU LEAVE THE PROPERTY BECAUSE YOU WILL LOCK YOURSELF OUT OF THE PROPERTY! Other things to note - No more than 7 Guests may be on the property at any one time, without prior approval from the Host. This violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. - Fees: $100/ Early Check-in This must be approved by the host to arrange a checking time between 10am and 3:00pm based on availability. $200/day for smoking in or on the property, due to being in a high-fire area. $50 late check-out fee without prior approval. $30 key replacement per key
