Trelawney Nook , Private annex/Great location

A cosy self contained annexe attached to our home with complete privacy situated in the beautiful cornish village of Mullion. The annexe includes a light and airy dining/living area, well equipped kitchen and cosy bedroom which includes a super king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. We are situated just 10 mins walk to Pollurian beach, 2 min drive to Poldhu cove and 5 mins drive to Mullion Harbour. Easy access to Mullion village which boasts excellent restaurants & amenities. The space The best thing about Trelawney Nook is its location which is one of the reasons we moved here . It is really close to 2 local beaches and a harbour. It is also a few minutes walk from the village centre. Unfortunately we do not accommodate children or pets. Guest access There is private parking just in front of the annexe in the forecourt. Other things to note The dining/living room over looks the garden but unfortunately there is no fencing at the moment to separate our private garden from the annexe. You are able to use the clothes dryer in the garden but as we have children with Aspergers and a nervous dogs please limit garden use to just the airer/dryer only. We hope to remedy this issue in the future. Also the property is not suitable for children and there is a no pet policy.
