The space Coast down the magnificent Keys Highway to mile Maker 30 where you find a little piece of paradise called Breezy Pine RV estates. Tiny Home 400 sq ft living in paradise. It features kitchen/dinning/living area, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Allows up to 4 people, there is free parking on premises for one car only! It is Couples/family friendly. Pool access + parking, extra parking for your boat is available on side. Tiny house is located by the pool, features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, generous living and dinning area. The first bedroom has a day bed with double twin sleeping spaces. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a small working space. The kitchen is well equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffer maker, kattle, inbuilt cooktop with 2 burners, kitchenware, cups and glasses, pots, and dishes. Complimentary amenities such as bath towels, a portable crib, iron, ironing desk, soaps, and fan are provided for your comfort. We also provide coffee and tea, sweetener and sugar! Smoking is allowed but outside only! An outside patio area is equipped with L-shape seating sofa, coffee table and grill and umbrella. there is separate lot for addi parking, each space - car, trailer, boat, RV is subject to extra fee of $50 for the whole stay. Guest access All guests enjoy full pool access, just 10 feet from the house. You’ll also have use of the kitchen, bathroom, and front patio area for relaxing outdoors. Convenient laundry facilities are available on-site, and free parking is included for one car. If you’re bringing a second vehicle, boat or trailer, it can be arranged in advance. The one time fee is $50 for the whole stay. Other things to note Smoking is allowed, outside only. No inside smoking - all violations will be fined! We love pets, but inchance additional cleaning , therefore we have pet fee in place. Please one pet only, this is a Tiny House!
