Relax in this stylish accommodation, ideal for family, friends, training weekends, or yoga retreats. Small celebrations are welcome if kept peaceful and without causing disturbance. Loud parties are not allowed. You have exclusive use of the entire house and garden with dike views. Breakfast can be booked optionally. Bikes are available to rent in the nearby village. The space An entrance. A cozy living room with an open kitchen. One bedroom with a double box spring bed and a private bathroom. One bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom. A spacious ensuite room with a double box spring bed and two single beds. Both the room and the ensuite have their own private bathrooms. A loft with two single beds, accessible from the living room via a ‘library ladder’. This loft does not have its own bathroom. Guest access We usually welcome our guests personally to provide a brief introduction. If you arrive later, the key will be waiting for you in the milk can next to the front door. We will come by as soon as possible to introduce ourselves and explain everything, and to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note Welcome to Jack and James! We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible and therefore offer several extra services that you can add to your booking as you wish. This way, you can choose what you like, and we’ll make sure everything is ready for you. Please let us know your preferences when you book, so we can prepare accordingly. Payment can be made easily upon arrival, either in cash or via Tikkie. 🛏️ Bed Making Service Your bed linen and towels are always clean and fresh. Would you like us to make your beds upon arrival for extra comfort? Let us know! This service costs €7.50 per person. 🍳 Breakfast Service Start your day relaxed with a fresh vegetarian breakfast. Please check in advance if this service is available on your dates. The price is €15.00 per person. 🔥 Fire Bowl Use For cozy evenings in the garden, our fire bowl is available for you. We provide the wood ourselves for a safe and atmospheric experience: a net of oak, ash, and beech wood (22 dm³), including kindling and use of the fire bowl costs €25.00. 🍖 BBQ Option The fire bowl can also be used as a BBQ. You can rent a BBQ grill for €20.00 per day. Charcoal (4 kg per bag) is available for €15.00 per bag. 🚗 Parking Designated parking spots are located along the tall black house next to our accommodation, where we live ourselves. These spots are marked with a ‘P’ sticker on the window and accommodate up to 3 cars. If you arrive with more cars, there is ample parking available on another lot outside the accommodation. Please note that parking at the neighboring properties located up at the dike is not allowed, as these are private parking spaces. We kindly ask you not to park at the neighbors’ properties or turn around on their grounds to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation! 🚫 What is not allowed: To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, please observe the following rules: Gourmet cooking, fondue, frying, or stone grilling are not allowed No smoking indoors (outdoor smoking allowed in the garden, ashtray provided) Use of (soft) drugs is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your stay Enjoy alcohol, but please drink in moderation 👣 Indoor Shoes: Please kindly avoid wearing outdoor shoes inside. Feel free to bring your own slippers or cozy socks for extra comfort. 🎵 Music & Quiet Hours 🌙 Music is welcome in the garden between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM, as long as it’s played at an enjoyable volume that doesn’t disturb our neighbors or other guests. 🤫 After 10:00 PM, we kindly ask you to keep noise levels low, even without music, to help maintain a peaceful environment. 🌌 From midnight (12:00 AM) onward, we ask for complete silence in the garden so that everyone can enjoy a restful night. 🙏 Thank you for your understanding and for helping us create a calm and pleasant atmosphere for all! 👥 Visitors Our B&B is intended for guests only, so visitors are unfortunately not allowed.
