Ocean views, a private courtyard garden, and a short walk to Cerritos Beach, restaurants and the pool—this beach home is fully equipped to provide everything needed for a seaside holiday. From the blender to the beach chairs, we’ve thought of everything so you can feel right at home. The space After a relaxed drive North of busy Cabo San Lucas, you’ll arrive at the Trip Advisor award-winning Villas de Cerritos Beach. The friendly, bilingual staff will escort you to your stunning 3-bedroom, end unit casita. The intoxicating fragrance of jasmine, fluorescent bougainvilleas, and a gentle coastal breeze through the palms will welcome you home. The courtyard is bordered by lush greenery, mature palms, and flowers that offer plenty of sun and shade. There is an outdoor shower, gas grill, large dining table with room for 10, and a comfortable sitting area. Panoramic glass doors connect the courtyard to the open plan living space for an idyllic indoor-outdoor living experience. The casita is comfortable and spacious with room to both gather and retreat. White walls, abundant natural light, and custom wood finishes give the space a peaceful and inviting feel. Thoughtfully curated local and international art as well as handmade tile and textiles provide personality without clutter. There is high-speed wifi throughout the house with plenty of bandwidth for working remotely or streaming movies. The home is child friendly with an easy to assemble Pack ‘n Play (extra mattress and sheets included), a few toys, an inflatable baby bath, and child seat for eating. There’s even a hidden kids’ play nook under the stairs! Relax and read in the living room, or play a game around the coffee table. If you happen to be in town for a rare rain, you can always cozy up on the couch and use the smart tv. In the kitchen you’ll find island seating for two, a refrigerator, stove and oven as well as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, blender, plenty of cookware and more. The utility room with stackable washer and dryer and a pantry shelf is just off the kitchen. The downstairs bathroom has a vanity, toilet and shower, and the tankless hot water heater ensures that you’ll never run out of hot water. Each bedroom has a king bed, luxurious linens, and welcoming personality that invites you to rest and recharge after a fun-filled day. There are high ceilings,100% cotton sheets and duvets, mini split AC units, ceiling fans, and panorama doors that open to outdoor sitting areas. A spiral staircase outside the upstairs guest bedroom leads to the third floor roof terrace. The master bedroom offers peekaboo ocean views and has an attached full bath with shower. The rooftop terrace boasts beautiful vistas of the mountains and ocean for perfect sunrises and sunsets. A couch, two lounge chairs and an umbrella invite you to relax and unwind. Whether you’re making memories with your kids, on a romantic getaway, or searching for the perfect wave, Casita Bonita is the ideal homebase for your adventure! Guest access You’ll have access to the whole house except for a small storage closet under the stairs. We’ve provided 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 boogie boards for your use. You’re also free to enjoy the Villas de Cerritos Beach pool and hot tub as well as the common area palapa. The grounds are kept tidy and beautiful, there is plenty of parking as well as 24-hour security. There is an excellent woodfired pizza restaurant and bar by the pool. This is a non-smoking unit. Sorry, no pets allowed. Other things to note Cerritos Beach, one of the only swimmable surf beach’s in the the region, is a 6-8 walk away. The casita is also within walking distance ( in our option) the best fish tacos in Baja! We are only 15-minute drive from gorgeous and historical Todos Santos and surrounded by endless hiking and biking trails. There is plenty to explore just steps away!
