Welcome to INIKAMA & our stylishly furnished designer apartment in Tötensen just outside Hamburg - Known to be the most beautiful city in the world. We offer you everything you need for a great stay: - High-quality designer furniture (i.e. by Bolia) - Parking place - Wonderful view into the green - 55" Smart-TV with soundbar - Netflix, Disney+ & MagentaTV - Shower bathtub - Workstation with 24" monitor - 2x2m King-Size Bett - 1,60x2m Sofa bed - Kitchen - Washer Dryer The space This nobly furnished apartment awaits you with great designer furnishings, a decelerating view of the greenery and can accommodate up to 4 guests & children. From the parking lot you will walk up to the second floor into the 55 square meter apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen. You start your day with a delicious coffee from our NESPRESSO coffee machine or a tea from our assortment. You can enjoy it with a view of the deer grazing in the fields right in front of the window. In the living room you will find an extremely comfortable and high-quality designer Bolia couch and a smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ access as well as a soundbar. The dining table comfortably seats up to 6 people. The sofa can be turned into a 160x200cm sofa bed that offers two additional quests enough space to sleep. The master bedroom is furnished with a huge 2m x 2m king-size bed so there is nothing in the way of a restful night. Additionally, we have a desk with a 24" Monitor in case you need to work. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher and everything else you need to eat and drink. A small selection of coffee and tea is provided as well as essentials like salt, pepper and oil. The bathroom has a shower bathtub, so you can also enjoy a relaxing evening in the bathtub. We also have a washer-dryer in case you need to wash something quickly. Of course, we will provide you with fresh towels and essentials like shower gel and shampoo are also provided. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself completely at home! Other things to note - Late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked for an additional charge - Cleaning during your stay is also available upon request and at an additional cost. - Cribs and highchairs can also be booked separately. A registration form must be completed prior to check-in.
