A cozy bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another cozy bedroom/children's room with two single beds and an alcove (elevated play area) for children. All bedrooms are equipped with fly screens. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. On the furnished, covered terrace you can enjoy the healthy North Sea air in any weather. The well-kept, completely fenced area consists mainly of lawn (500 m²). So it is very suitable for dog owners or families with small children. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with an unobstructed view from the terrace into the beautiful nature. It is located directly on a dirt road that invites you to long walks through nature. This is a non-smoking house. Dogs are allowed in this vacation home. The vacation home area is still in the process of being created and there may occasionally be some noise and dust on or in the property.
