In less than 2 miles you have the Brownsville Golf Center, Sunrise Mall, Starbucks, Supermarkets, Movie Theaters, Restaurants & Gyms. Space X, South Padre Island, Zoo & Mexico are near. Spacious House includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living-dinning room, kitchen, gazebo and pool area. 1 California King bed, 1 Queen bed, two Twin XL beds and two rollaway twin beds available. Available Parking spaces. Our space includes: Smart TV, Free WI FI in all areas Dinnerware, cookware set, LG microwave range , LG fridge, LG stove, LG dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, blender. Hairdryer, Complimentary coffee, Central Air/Heat. Linens, pillows & towels. Washer, Dryer. All bills paid for. We are family and pet friendly. *One approved pet is welcome for a $100 one time fee please reach out to provide information for pet and for approval. Guest access Guests will have access to the full house, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, with private swimming pool and gazebo. Swimming pool is only for registered guests.... No visitors are allowed at anytime... Children should always be supervised in pool area. At this time the garage is closed and guests may park on the driveway and on the front of the house parking area. Other things to note Welcome! We strive to provide a safe, clean, affordable, quiet, and comfortable home for responsible travelers. To help us maintain this environment, please take a moment to review our house rules: ■ Guest Policy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. We do not allow any outside visitors at the home. ■ Safety & Security: For your safety and the security of the property, 24-hour outside camera surveillance is active. ■ Pool Rules: * No glass or food is permitted inside the pool. - No diving in the pool and no running in the pool area. - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when in the swimming pool area. ■ Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed daily from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM. ■ Smoke & Drug-Free: This is a strictly smoke-free and drug-free property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises. ■ Property Care: We ask that all furniture remain in its original place. Please do not move any furniture during your stay. There is a $100 fee per pet per stay. We're family friendly and pet friendly. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas or furniture. No diving on the pool, no running by the pool. Children should always be supervised when swimming in pool area. -There will be an extra $250 fee for extra cleaning if place is left in unacceptable conditions. *Only register guests are allowed at the property. Extra guests or visitors are not permitted at anytime.- We have outside security cameras. We have a camera in the garage outside area, we have a camera over the front patio facing the outside main door, we have two cameras overseeing the outside gazebo and outside pool area. We have two cameras facing the outside sides of the house. There are no security cameras inside the building.
